SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders require 7–10 business days to produce before they are shipped or ready for pickup. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Because our products are custom made, processing may occasionally take longer due to blank apparel availability, large quantities, artwork approval, or supplier delays. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Any rush service or different turnaround time must be confirmed by JMS Designs LLC before ordering.

SHIPPING

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after production is completed and the shipping carrier receives the package. Carrier delivery estimates do not include our 7–10 business-day production time.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may delay delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available in Greenfield, Indiana. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because an incorrect address was provided.
