PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Many of our products are custom printed or made to order. Product colors, garment shades, and printed colors may vary slightly from photographs or screen displays.

Product availability may vary by style, size, and color. If your selected item is unavailable, JMS Designs LLC will contact you before production to discuss an alternative.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION AND ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizes, colors, names, numbers, spelling, order notes, and uploaded artwork before submitting an order.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use and reproduce them. JMS Designs LLC may refuse any order that appears unlawful, harmful, offensive, or unauthorized.

JMS Designs LLC is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, incorrectly sized, or otherwise unsuitable customer-provided files. We may contact you if a file needs correction before printing.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in United States dollars. Payment is due when an order is placed unless another arrangement has been approved by JMS Designs LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or request additional information when necessary. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Custom and made-to-order products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Cancellations are only available before production begins.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP

Production, shipping, and local-pickup information is provided in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website, product photographs, mockups, written content, branding, and original artwork displayed by JMS Designs LLC are owned by or licensed to JMS Designs LLC.

Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use our artwork or content to create other products.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. JMS Designs LLC does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, products, services, policies, or actions.

PROHIBITED USES
